The following is the syntax rules for SSUCD. The syntax rules are defined in E-BNF.

The source files for the prototype tool SAREUCD can be downloaded here. SAREUCD is a java program and you will need the appropriate java jars for the XML parser. The tool is a prototype for research purposes, so it is not the most robust tool in the world. If you need to import a use case diagram, SAREUCD only recognizes use case diagrams produced my MagicDraw 10.5.
